Post 2224 holds our annual Memorial Day ceremony the Sunday before Memorial Day. The ceremony is held in the Pavillion Building at Pioneer Park, 333 S. Meridian at 11am. Each year, we honor those from Puyallup who gave the ultimate sacrifice. The ceremony includes the reading of the names, a wreath presentation, rifle salute by the honor guard, bagpipes, and a trumpeter to play Taps.
We would like to thank the city of Puyallup for allowing us to use the Pavillion Building for the ceremony and the many businesses that support this annual event.
After the ceremony, all are invited to join us at Post 2224 for an open house, food, and drinks.
